Many people notice significant changes as they enter the second half of life and some of these symptoms can be quite bothersome. In addition, questions arise regarding maintaining optimal health.

It is currently very difficult or impossible and time-consuming to find the educational resources and providers with knowledge and experience to help navigate management of symptoms in mid-life as well as make decisions regarding their current and future wellness.
